Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Tems has announced an ambitious new mentorship program called The Leading Vibe Initiative, aimed at supporting young African women pursuing careers in the music industry. The program will officially kick off with a two-day intensive seminar in Lagos, Nigeria on August 8-9, 2024.
