Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing fresh sexual assault allegations as two victims have come forward with tales of how the music mogul abused them.
The two alleged victims, a man and a woman claim they were drugged before the embattled hip-hop icon had his way with them.
TMZ reports that Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney representing over 120 alleged Diddy victims, filed a pair of lawsuits against the Bad Boy Records founder.
In the first suit, the woman who is from Maryland and is listed as a Jane Doe says she was 18 years old when she was sexually assaulted by Diddy in 2001 outside a Halloween party in New York City.
She claims she was escorted by one of Diddy’s bodyguards to a black SUV limousine where the celeb was waiting with six security team members.
According to her, someone gave her a drink and she felt dizzy after drinking it. Thereafter, Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on the men in the car and then himself.
She said during the assault, Diddy called her derogatory names while spraying champagne on her. She was allowed to leave after she was done performing oral sex on everyone.
In the second suit, a Florida man says he was invited to an after-party in Miami by one of Diddy’s associates, adding that public figures were also present.
Listed as a John Doe in the suit, the man alleges that he was drugged with a laced beverage by Diddy or one of his associates. He says he fell in and out of consciousness after consuming the drink.
The man disclosed that he woke up to a sharp pain in his rectum and anus, and saw that his clothes were missing.
When he turned around to see why he felt pain in his anus, he saw a fully erect Diddy trying to insert his penis into his anus.
The alleged victim claims Diddy talked dirty to him while smiling and that he couldn’t fight back as a result of the drugs.
He added that he woke up naked in the same room the next day, was handed his clothes and escorted out of the house only to be dropped off at the nightclub where the partying began.
Both accusers are going after Diddy for damages but the latter’s lawyers have denied the allegations, calling them shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments.
The attorneys insist that Diddy never sexually assaulted anyone.
