For lifestyle supremo, Dr. Quincy Olasunmbo Ayodele, she hasn’t stopped proving to all that she’s living her best life in her 60s. The delectable founder of Quincy Wellness & Naturopathic Centre —renowned in Nigeria and abroad as a traditional health practitioner who popularised the use of herbs since almost three decades ago— has over the years kept many tongues wagging with her youthful looks despite her age.

On Monday January 27, the elegant mother of three with many grandchildren clocked 66. As usual, Quincy celebrated the day with clean visuals of herself while making all feel she may have crossed the middle of the sixth floor now, but her mind and heart are still as young as ever. She’s not wrong. Bathed in the warm glow of studio lighting, her skin looks smooth and radiant. Quincy credits a lifetime of access to nature for her still youthful complexion, as well as a healthy approach to diet and exercise. The results speak for themselves.

Spotlight learnt, in celebration of her birthday, Quincy and her team shared food, drinks and many other gift items with the less privileged at Oko-Baba in Ebute-Metta, Lagos and later retired home to host a house party with select guests at her Ikoyi, Lagos mansion.

Quincy, whose daughter, Dr. Tobi Keeney has also joined in transforming the brand, was the Pioneer Secretary General of National Association of Nigerian Traditional Medicine Practitioners (NANTMP) —the umbrella body of the practice in Nigeria.
