All is now set for the second edition of street in the Mall Tradefair & Musical Concert tagged Ibadan Rave Party, hosted by Bamiro Babalola Oluwaseun, the Group Head of TheFastlane & Co, a one stop shop for tech solutions and allied services.
Speaking with journalists in Ibadan recently, an obviously elated Bamiro rolled out all the activities slated for this year’s event. “We started street in the mall and a concert in 2023, after a test run at the ShopRite Mall in Ilorin, Kwara State in 2022. The success was so amazing that we had to bring it to Ibadan. And our leap of faith was justified by the success in Ibadan last year”.
He said further “last year, we had a trade fair and a concert that had major DJs and hypemen square up in a challenge, and each winner went home with N1m worth of cash and prizes. We also had the musical taliban, Oritsefemi on stage to take the mammoth crowd on a musical adventure. We believe at TheFastelane & Co that indeed, commerce and entertainment can cohabit in the same space, and that’s the idea of having a trade fair and a rave party. We want to encourage more entrepreneurs to come out and take advantage of our stands to reach out to customers this season.”
“This year, we are tweaking it a little with a lots of games with prizes to be won. The trade fair unlike last year will now hold for 3days starting from the 6th to the 8th December and the event highlight which is the rave party, prominently featuring top DJs and Hypemen.
The YNorth Timeteller trade fair and rave party promises to be the biggest and most entertaining open air event in Ibadan this December, and will be holding at the Palms Mall, Ring Road, Ibadan for 3days.
