An expert has said that prostate is a major contributor to Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) in aging men, with a prevalence of 20 per cent in men over 40-year-old.
Speaking at the 97th Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) conference in Uyo, Cross River State, Prof Ikenna Nnabugwu, highlighted that prostate is a major contributor to Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) in aging men, with a prevalence of LUTS/BPH reaching approximately 20 per cent in men over 40 years old.
Meanwhile, Pharmacy Plus, recently launched Duostam, an advanced treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH); also known as prostate enlargement.
